Cautions

1. Pre-installation Cautions

• Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery before installation. Live operation is strictly prohibited to prevent short circuit, sparks, and damage to the starter and wiring.

• Inspect the engine flywheel ring gear for wear, missing teeth, or deformation. A defective ring gear will directly cause gear clash and damage to the starter gear.

• Ensure the battery voltage, capacity, and terminal connections are in good condition. Low battery or loose connections may result in weak starting and terminal burnout.

• Do not run the starter without lubrication, so as to avoid serious internal wear.

2. Installation & Wiring Cautions

• Install strictly in the original orientation. Ensure the starter fits evenly against the engine and mounting bolts are uniformly tightened to avoid noise and friction caused by misalignment.

• The positive power cable must be securely connected and well insulated. Loose connection under high current may cause overheating and burnt wires.

• Maintain proper gear meshing clearance. Forced modification or hammering installation is prohibited to avoid gear damage.

• This starter is for 24V use only. It must not be connected to a 12V system, otherwise it will fail to work and be permanently damaged.

3. Operation Cautions

• Single starting time shall not exceed 5–8 seconds. Allow 1–2 minutes interval between consecutive starts to prevent coil burnout due to overheating.

• Release the ignition switch immediately after the engine starts. Do not allow the starter to run with the engine for a long time to avoid damage.

• If free spinning, abnormal noise, gear clash, or smoke occurs, stop using immediately and inspect. Do not operate with faults.

• Frequent, continuous, and prolonged forced starting is prohibited to avoid overheating and burning of the armature and coil.

4. Maintenance Cautions

• Keep the starter clean and dry. Prevent oil, dust, and water from entering the interior to avoid short circuit and corrosion.

• Regularly check mounting bolts and terminals for looseness, and wiring for aging or damage.

• This product features an industrial sealed structure. Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification is prohibited, otherwise the warranty will be void.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

• Failures caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, or damaged flywheel ring gear are not covered by the warranty.

• Damage due to frequent forced starting, lack of oil or water, overheating, or unauthorized disassembly is not covered.
